Who we are

Our protection is our power. Monarca is a coalition of thousands of workers, students, people of faith, parents, clergy, business owners, teachers, caregivers, and young people. We are a movement that has trained over 20,000 everyday Minnesotans as neighborhood observers to help protect people’s rights where it matters most—on the ground, in our communities.

We stand for the fundamental freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution, including free speech, peaceful protest, and protection from unreasonable searches and seizures. These rights are the backbone of a healthy democracy—they’re about dignity, privacy, and safety in our own homes and neighborhoods.
